Human Resources Director

As the Human Resources Director, you will be in charge of managing language hosts (teachers), as well as hiring new language hosts, committee officers and directors.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Outstanding planning and organisational skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience or background in Human Resources and people management preferred
  • Highly approachable and friendly individual
  • Fluent/native English speaker essential

Education Director

As the Education Director, you will be directly responsible for managing the day-to-day running of sessions, ensuring their quality and acting as the main point of contact between the Hosts and the Committee. This role will require up to 5 hours a week, spread at least three days.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time-management and punctuality skills
  • Highly approachable and friendly individual
  • Fluent/native English speaker essential

Marketing Officer

As a Marketing Officer you will assist the Marketing Director in promoting the club and its events. You will help manage the Facebook page and Instagram account, by finding content to post, scheduling posts and manning the message inbox.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Experience managing and using Facebook and Instagram
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A passion for languages highly preferred
  • Fluent/native English speaker highly preferred

Events Officer

As an events officer you will assist the events team in planning and running events, preparing and buying items for events, and generating ideas for activities.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Outstanding planning and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong event management and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent/native English speaker highly preferred
